And Keep It Free For Users

SnowOutdoorsOff-RoadingDogsBoating

The Northwest Portal recreation maps are a public service of Northwest Portal. We need your support to keep them available for users. Join one of our supporting clubs and let them know you saw it on Northwest Portal or encourage your club to becoming a supporting member. Stop by one of the businesses that are on the map and let them know you saw them on Northwest Portal, add your business (as low as $225/year), or let your favorite businesses know about the project. Tell your friends about the web maps and apps—the more users we have, the easier it is to get business support. Consider making a donation to help keep the apps free for users.

Northwest Portal makes letter and poster sized printable maps for every area where we have supporters. These maps have the logos and information about the supporting clubs or businesses, businesses are on the map, and supporters get free printed maps (50 for a, 100 for Snow NW only and essentials businesses, 150 for premium business and 200 for sponsors.)

All supporters are on the Northwest portal web maps, promotional print maps and GeoPDFs.

Northwest Portal publishes letter and poster sized promotional maps for each area where we have supporters, plus GeoPDFs for all major recreation areas in Washington State and in parts of Oregon and Idaho where we have one supporter. All supporters are on the promotional and GeoPDF maps. GeoPDF maps are sold through Avenza, but all supporters get a file that they can share with members and website visitors. All supporters also have a link to their page from the Northwest portal web site.

In Lines on Wines, Marji Morgan talks with winemakers about the history and stories behind our wonderful Washington wines. These half-hour interviews offer a wealth of information on unique and award-winning Washington wines, the wine making process, and how the guts, dedication, and amazing creativity of our Washington winemakers and grape growers turned high desert lands full of sagebrush and rattlesnakes into world-class vineyards.
