Become a Club Supporter or Sponsor

Club Supporter - $150/year

• 50 letter sized printed maps of your area with your club information and other supporters. You can specify the specific area you want covered in the map.

• Poster sized GeoPDF of your riding area that can be printed or used with Avenza.

• Promotion of club events: events can be added to the web map, promoted through our events page and weekly event posts.

• Mapping for club rides and events including a printable letter sized map or poster showing the event route and facilities (for example, check in stations, bathrooms, parking) and event route/facilities added to the web map/app two weeks before the event.

• Discount code that the club can share with supporting businesses for a 25% discount. Each time the club code is used, the club will get a $20 donation.

• Link to the club page on the pop-ups for up to 10 places in your club area.

• Link to the club on the Northwest Portal community page and on the relevant map topic pages (Off-Roading, Snow or Outdoorse).

• Club house or office on map (if there is a physical location to be mapped.)

Sample event maps:

For the 2024 WAATV Spring Fling, Northwest Portal add a star on the Off-Roading map two months out with the event information, added the event route and checkpoints to the web map and app the week before the even, and provided letter and poster sized pdfs that could printed to promote the event and help participants navigate.

Clubs can get a print map of their area with their logo and a link to their club from the web map.

Raise funds and help your supporting businesses get on the maps

Club supporters and sponsors can get a code they to share with their businesses that gives the business 25% off Pro or Premium placement. Northwest Portal will donate $20 to the club for each business that signs up using their code.
